Next Edition of Trade Fair according to cycle in 2022
Following close consultations with exhibitors and partners Messe Düsseldorf has to call off the trade fairs wire and Tube scheduled for December on account of the current Covid-19 infection developments. The next events will be held in accordance with their cycle in Düsseldorf in 2022. The other events of Messe Düsseldorf planned for 2021 are not affected by this decision.

Will exhibitors get their money back?
Messe Düsseldorf will credit the exhibitors for all the invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf (stand area, co-exhibitor fee, flat-rate media contribution, AUMA fee).
We apologise for the inconvenience caused while waiting for refunds to be processed.
For those exhibitors who accepted the special withdrawal conditions as early as September the contract was already terminated on a mutual basis. Since a contractual relationship no longer exists in this case no further claims can be asserted.
We cannot provide any information on contracts concluded by customers with third-party suppliers since these were not concluded with Messe Düsseldorf.

What about the exhibitors who have accepted the special withdrawal conditions already announced in September? / When will the respective exhibitors receive their refund?
For exhibitors who have accepted the special withdrawal conditions as early as September (wire and Tube) or October (VALVE WORLD EXPO) the contract was already terminated on a mutual basis. Since a contractual relation no longer exists in this case no further claims can be asserted.
The withdrawal fee corresponds to the receipt of the non-participation declaration. The exhibitors concerned will receive an invoice credit from our Finance & Accounting Department over the coming weeks.
For the refund of the credited amount you are kindly asked to complete and return the reimbursement form to us if you have not already done so.
We are still busy processing refunds on the credited amounts. Please apologise for any inconvenience caused while awaiting the processing of these refunds.
Will you reimburse your customers for any costs incurred so far, as a result of booked air and rail tickets, hotel accommodation etc.?
We understand the difficult situation resulting from cancellations of this kind. Please contact the respective provider to address pending issues and find solutions. We are unable to provide any information on contracts concluded by customers with third-party suppliers since these were not concluded with Messe Düsseldorf.
Will you reimburse your customers for any costs incurred so far, as a result of OOS services booked with official trade fair partners? / Will the OOS service booked with Messe Düsseldorf be cancelled automatically?
